About Antoinette Monroe
Monroe Concierge Home was founded by Antoinette Monroe, a Southern Nevada executive, business leader, and community advocate whose career has been built around operations, relationships, problem-solving, and exceptional service.
As former Director of Operations for the regional economic development authority and Vice President of commercial development, Antoinette spent years managing complex initiatives, coordinating professionals, and building trusted relationships across Southern Nevada's business, development, real estate, and service communities.
Her extensive network has been shaped not only by her professional career, but by years of active community leadership. Antoinette serves on the Board of Directors for the Las Vegas Rotary Club, is engaged with the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and Vegas Chamber, and is a graduate of Leadership Henderson, where she continues to remain involved and serve within the leadership community.
Through those relationships—and through her own experience as a homeowner—Antoinette repeatedly encountered the same frustration: finding someone to perform a service was rarely the challenge. Finding the right people, ensuring the work met expectations, keeping up with routine maintenance, and having someone take ownership of the details was.
She also recognized the long-term value of proactive home care. Well-managed maintenance protects the systems within a home, preserves the property, and reduces unnecessary surprises.
MCH was created around that philosophy.
